Welcome Traveler.

We are a couple of fellow travelers who embrace all the good southern culture has to offer. For us, this means beaches, bourbon, and barbeque. We enjoy collecting experiences as we travel the south and we want to share them with you. Through this site we will review and rate the beaches we visit, the bourbon we find, and the BBQ we enjoy. Along the way we will share other related finds and most assuredly wander off into other topics from time to time. My wife has an incredible sense of smell and taste (she can smell the level of salt in food) and it is often her notes that we share in the bourbon tasting reviews. I have a long-running passion for cooking and eating BBQ, and we both find southern beaches to be our happy place.
