Thoughts
I am a fan of high rye bourbon, so this fits my palate. Very good bourbon that definitely has that craft vibe. I really like the farm-to-bottle/estate whiskey story of this distillery. I think Starlight’s strong point may still be their skill at finished whiskey. My first Starlight was their honey finish, which is very good. I thought before going down their finished series, I would see if I liked their base bourbon, thus this bottle.
