Palate
Baking spice, baked apples, brown butter, touch of leather.
Finish
Medium finish with cinnamon, leather (both mild) tiny bit herbal.
Appearance (color, bottle, packaging)
Bronze/honey (according to website), excellent artwork.
Availability
Limited, but findable.
Price
Pricey for a five year old BiB, however, it is worth it.
Thoughts
We are big Redwood Empire fans, and this may be our favorite. Complex and well balanced. Simply fantastic.
